A mess

Just mangles video clips. Split a clip, delete one of the split portions, and it just moves the video onto a subsequent clip. Makes no sense.

Export a video and it doesn’t even export the video as it’s been edited. It’s as if it finds hidden portions and restores them into the mp4 file.

Just updated the app in case the contained some bug fixes, and now the app won’t even load.

Went to the VIRB Edit help site via the app store. The help link doesn’t work.

Could you make this any harder? Several hours of this customer’s time wasted.
